Great restaurant. Love the rooftop and the typical mexican house style. Nice service and nice staff. We got a car problem on their parking and the staff help us to find some help with local mechanic guy. Thanks again for your help and great service.

This historic hacienda turned into a hotel in a few words is just amazing,….the friendly staff and complementary breakfast every morning in the gardens of the hacienda were a highlight of our stay here. Totally recommended when you visit Valladolid.

Chambre horrible à l arrivée ( au dessus de l intendance et vue parking) changement rapide malgré tout . Bel etablissement , bien situé mais ne vaut pas du tout ses 5 étoiles. Accueuil restau déplorable et très compliqué (pour réserver et même pour accéder à la terrasse ) par contre service en salle bien . Piscine bruyante , ménage à 17h...dommage .

I love that the property is well, very clean and the staff from the hotel were very friendly and hospitable. The parking while checking out was not very friendly I was boxed in and asked how am I suppose to get out he said like this he was able to get in but hit the other car while getting in I said be careful he got upset got out of the care and said for me to get in. Since I could not get in he left and I had to claim in from the passengers side to the driver. He said I don’t want to scratch your car. Obviously he did not get a tip since I was left to fend for myself. But hotel staff a facility were great. Definitely would recommend it.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist eine Ansammlung an Gebäuden, eigentlich ganz nett. Leider sind die Betten zu kurz (keine 2 Meter), der Lift ist im ganzen Haus zu hören und um beim Frühstück satt zu werden, muss man Aufpreis zahlen. Die Rezeption ist nach 24 Uhr nur durch langes und lautes Klopfen zu erreichen (ein Unding bei einem Hotel dieser Größe).
