28 days later, and i still have not had the hold lifted off my card for incidentals. While i do belive this is the card companies issue, it also comes back to the hotel, because all i need is a document from them, with letterhead, showing $0.00 as my final balance. They are unwilling or unable to do this, so that is why they are getting the 1 star review. Either make your front desk staff competent enough to type $0.00 on an invoice, or fully disclose that your deposit for incidentals will be held for 30 days
