I am very disappointed, when, I got there the front desk person told me, that, I had to pay $100 upfront for insurance. I told the man, I wasn't aware of that and I didn't have it. I asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager is going to tell me the same thing. I had to ask my colleague if he could take care of it for me on his card. I also wasn't aware that I had to pay for parking. I requested a hotel with free parking. Lastly, the room; I was supposed to get was having heating issues so me and my colleague got sperate rooms. That was fine but at the same time; it was a surprise.
