Very poor bathroom facilities, no plug in bathroom - staff searched all bathrooms whilst cleaning and no bathrooms had plugs. We were eventually bought one. Never cleaned rooms if you had room more than one night. Bed sheets not readily available but would be the next day. Good job we had a bottom sheet and our own sleeping bags! Whilst staying a 2nd night they tried to give our room to someone else. As they could not find a key (because we had it) or the master they used a screw driver to get into the room. All our luggage was in the room and camera on charge. The guest explained that she could not occupy room as it was already occupied. Good job she was honest as we could have lost any of our belongings.
Reception did not give good service. Whilst dealing with a problem would just break of conversation, take a phone call, talk to another member of staff or another guest. Because of the cash crisis they used the opportunity to ramp up the taxi price to 1000 rupees to the airport but we would not pay it. 400 from airport to hotel and had to pay 800 to the hotel for the return. Hey it's India!

The room offered was just too small for fitting in 3 adults. The hotel tariff that I paid for three nights was not justified, considering the location of the hotel and the mere size of the room offered!

NIce hotel close to the centre of New Delhi and close to the Metro as well. Very friendly and efficient staff (unfortunaltely otherwise rarely found in hotels of this category in India), clean rooms and good breakfast. Sometimes a bit noisy as there are marble floors and no additional doors in the corridors.
At first glance the lively surrounding area (Karol Bagh) might look a bit frightening, especially if its your first visit to India. However people are very friendly and helpful. There are many shopping facilites, coffee-shops and fast-food restaurants within walking distance.
Arranging a pre-booked airport-pickup is highly recommended, as 4 out of 5 taxi drivers at the airport had no idea where the hotel was. If your booking includes an airport-pickup, make sure the hotel gets your flight-details in time.
Regarding value for money and the location, one of the best hotels I had in India so far.

A nice hotel located in central New Delhi and approx 20km from the international airport. Hotel was clean and tidy, the rooms were of a good standard, however the bathrooms could do with some modernisation. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. It was a bit difficult to find amidst the chaotic Delhi traffic, but was surprisingly quiet once inside. The only thing that let this place down was the restaurant; a toasted sandwich took 40 minutes and dinner was supposed to be available at 7pm, but was still not ready at 7:20 when we left to eat elsewhere.

Room was not as described, but we were upgraded to a better room after complaining. First night we had no hot water and no hand/face towels, but it got better every day! Shower was not good at all. water was either too cold/toohot and mixer did not work.

This hotel would have ranked at a higher standing provided the cleanliness standard were at par with at least three-star hotels in Canada or the U.S.

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The hotel has a travel agent that, while expensive for India standards, provided helpful service during my stay. All in all not a bad hotel for Delhi.

The rooms smelled stale and the bathroom was not looking hygenic. The sheets were worn and overall room quality was not good.

Not at all impressed with the hotel. Definately won't go there again. Service was satisfactory but the condition of the rooms was very unsatisfactory. I was a bit surprised as this hotel was renovated not long ago. Toilet seat was broken, the spare bed was extremely dirty. This was after I had asked for an upgrade because I did not like the first room. I would rate the rooms as 1* the rate charged was extremely high considering that. I would expect a good 3* hotel with clean white sheets for this rate.

We booked this hotel because 1) Thought it was near the Airport. 2)Thought it would be clean and freshly updated (expected for that price!). 3)Because check-in and check-out time was listed as 12noon, assumed it was a 24 hour check out. We checked in at 1:30 a.m. and was asked to check out at noon the same day! Finally, after talking to the Supervisor's boss, payed an extra 1,000 Rupees to be able to stay until 4p.m.
