OK hotel at a good price.
We chose the Bayfront as the price was good and the reviews were reasonably good. We only stayed one night. The room was nice and the bed was huge: The only criticisms were that the bathroom basin tap was loose, we couldn’t figure out how to get the shower to come out of the rain head and the aircon was quite noisy. We were going to get a drink by the pool in the evening but realised that the deinks had to be brought up from the main bar so we went down there instead. We were just enjoying our first drink when we were told the bar was closing, it wasn’t even 8.30pm. The buffet breakfast spread was quite good in the morning. It was rather insulting having to wait for a room inspection before we could leave. It wasn’t like there was a fully stocked mini bar or anything, just an empty fridge. What were they checking?

地元やフィリピンの方に大変好評なホテルのようです。宿泊のかたはほとんどフィリピンの方で、外国の方はほとんどいなかったです。 マクタン島でタクシーに乗ったときに「ベイフロントキャピタルサイトまで」と言ったらすぐ分かったので、有名なホテルのようです。 斜め前の建物にセブンイレブンやレストラン、スーパー（ロビンソン）が入っていてとても便利です。 ただ、フェイスタオルやティッシュペーパーがないホテルに初めて泊まりました。ディポイットにクレジットカードが使えないことにも驚き。（チェックアウト時に現金（外貨）が戻ってきても困ります。）タオルやシーツも洗ってあると思うのですが、シミがあったりして汚いなと思いました。

They make you pay a deposit then they lie to make sure you won't get the money back. Terrible staff relations. Overpriced food at there restaurant. Not a clean hotel. Terrible location due to traffic. I will never stay there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The highlight of my stay was the all-you-can-eat hot breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Everything was fresh, well-stocked, and perfect for fueling up before heading out. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping everything tidy and organized throughout my stay.

My stay for 12 days 6th-18th September 2024 was very pleasant. The staffs were friendly and courteous and the breakfast was good. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS THIER TOWELS NEEDS TO BE ALL REPLACE BECAUSE THIER ARE NO ABSORBENT AND THE ALL LOOK LIKE ALL MY GARAGE TOWELS TO CLEAN MY CAR!

Bayfront Hotel Capitol is a great hotel. The staff are kind, hospitable and are very guest centric. The rooms have ample space, the pool deck, gym, restaurant and the location of the hotel provide convenience for all travelers. I stayed here for 10 nights. Items I would suggest management to take into consideration are the linens, towels and rugs. They are old, discolored and have a feel of being dirty due to the discoloration and a lack of thread count. The morning and evening shift security guards are very kind and helpful so are the front desk agents, pool and restaurant staff. I especially want to call out Renalyn, the housekeeper on the 17th floor and the pool deck server on Sunday 7/4 PM are so great. I will stay here again however I might bring my own sheets and towels.
