This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. There was a hockey team staying and the staff could not contain them. The parents were partying and drinking in the lobby while the kids ran through the halls yelling and shouting. The first night until 12:30 a.m. and the 2nd night until 1:30 a.m. In fact, when I told the kids to stop and the parents backed the kids, the kids proceeded to throw ice cubes at our door. We couldn't get in contact with the clerk on our 1st night for 45 mins and had to call the Days Inn head office for them to call before he contacted us. In the morning, when we were going to try to find a different hotel for our 2nd night, we were told, this wouldn't happen again. That they would keep it under control that 2nd night and offered us 50% off for the Friday night, but it happened worse the 2nd night. They wouldn't give us a discount for the 2nd night and in fact, after speaking with the manager, she had the audacity to basically pit me against the clerk on the phone because I said the clerk promised it wouldn't happen again and the poor clerk was left to lie or else I'm sure he'd be worrying about his job. Our room was also placed in the middle of the hockey block. And, on top of that, the jacuzzi was basically a bath tub as the jets are so low that they're hardly working. Again, stay here if you want, but ask if there are any blocked rooms for teams because the management won't do anything to stop the noise.
