The stay was nice. The bed was a bit hard but that can’t be helped. Rotating the mattress might help. Kinda felt like my head was lower than my feet. The water coming out of the bathroom sink tasted funny for brushing teeth so I used a bottle of water. Breakfast was nice and eating area was nice and clean. The staff was very nice.

The property outside looked inviting. We walked inside and everything looked inviting as-well. We went to the rooms and the first thing I do is check the beds to make sure they had been changed the sheets and pillow cases where NASTY hair all over them! I asked for clean linen and changed them out myself! I took pictures of the hair that was in the bed to share with the person behind the desk. Toilet was Nasty had urine on the base of the toilet, I awoke sick the next morning! The maids obviously are cutting corners. I also had to go down stairs to exchange my own towels before getting fresh ones? Short staffed and having a hotel is unexceptionable. If you cannot maintain your facilities you should warn your visitors so they can make other arrangements elsewhere! highly unsatisfied customer.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi through Expedia, i get there and the lady says there actually aren't any jacuzzi rooms open and that they would put us in one of the suites instead, but also that the hot tub was accessible 24 hrs. We go to check out the hot tub, not even luke warm. So very disappointed in both Expedia and the Hotel Staff. I picked that place BECAUSE it had jacuzzi rooms available!

Nice place
Registration was very easy! The young lady was very pleasant very quick check in. The room had everything a person needed. The carpet had a few stains in the hallway and room. Breakfast was good, eggs and sausage with toast and beagles. They had cereal as well. I would stay there again when I am in this area.

Our room with a king size bed was given away so we were forced to take a room with queen beds The air conditioner in the room was not on prior to our late arrival even though my booking was non refundable so they should have had my air on so that it wasn’t 90 degree when we walked in!!

My wife called in advance to make sure that the hot tub work at the hotel. The lady at the front desk ensure us that the hot tub did work. However when we checked into the hotel, the hot tub was really cold and the pool had dirt everywhere on the bottom. The rooms are nice but the amenities need to be taken care of. I would not recommend this hotel.

When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was short and rude. Next the pool and hot tub were completely un usable because it looked like they haven’t been cleaned for months and literally looked like a swamp. I definitely took pictures of both if you need to see. The floor of the room was dirty. Just an overall bad experience

When we checked into our room, we found dog poop on the floor that looked like it had been there for a few days at least. They were courteous and switched rooms for us right away. In the morning we counted 5 dead/dying cockroaches in the hallway and under the counter near the breakfast bar. It had recently rained and I’m sure they sprayed to take care of the problem. But it was unsightly and didn’t really want to eat the free breakfast after seeing that.

Pull the sheets off the bed and nice large pee stain on the mattress. Didn’t even have a protective pad just a sheet and you could see the stain through the fitted sheet Drink stains on the night stands, men’s pubic hair on the bathroom floor. Do not stay here if you’re used to cleanliness hotels. Poor management over the room cleaners.
