I really enjoyed this hotel. room was spacious, beds were comfortable, nice lobby and staff. The hot tub was broken during our stay which was something we were looking forward to. Also, the lighting in the room was bad. No overhead lights in the sleeping area. Despite those two things, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Poor and Okay experience
Overall okay i had an issue with billing …a lot of deposit before check in sis not understand why because i was paying before check in either way….. and the room was dark not enough light

La seule suggestions est que le service qui s’occupe de linge doit revoir le dosage du produit utilisé pour laver les couverts de lit car il y’avait une sorte d’odeur forte qui donnais un mot de tête énorme…

Noisy room + bad seevice
I asked for a quiète and nice room. It was a gift for the berth day of my sister. I even call to make sur she will received a good attention. They gave a room 5 floors looking at a parking and air conditionning. They did not spleen because the room was beside the elevator motor. Ice machine was broken.
I travel a lot and if you asked something to a four stars hotel you received a good room. Service at this Hilton is Motel level. I will definitely not recommande this hotel to nobody.

Poor front Desk, Good hotel
Nicolas and Daniel were worst in customer service. Had issue with room and requested for room change. Told me can do next day. Next day they ask me at 8 am vacate the room and sit in lobby. Asked when can you give me another room they replied 3 pm. This was ridiculous and unacceptable. Zero for customer service and customer handing. They both have dented the Hilton Brand with poor customer care.
