The location is central just 10mins walk to the train station and metro. I got assistance and my questions answered very quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast places were nice and delicious.

Overall not an enjoyable stay. 1star is for the location with metro station nearby. The other star is for sizable and nicely decorated room. The main issues being the hot water supply which lasted 5 - 6 minutes every time you used and needed to wait 20 minutes for another hot water supply and the situation confirmed by the hotel management. If anyone needs longer shower time than just 5-6 minutes should really reconsider the reservation.

The shower cube in the room that we were assigned to on the first night is very tiny, in fact one of the smallest I have ever seen in all the hotels i've stayed around the world, you can barely turn and wash your body, water would overflow out of the shower cube and half of the washroom floor was wet. After reflecting to the customer service, we were reassigned to another room with a bigger shower cube, its spacious however hot water can only run for a short period, about 5-8 minutes. Other than the above issue, the stay was overall pleasant.

El hospedaje está bien, solamente la ducha es bastante pequeña y el colchón viejo, bastante incómodo. Dado que el día del check in me informaron de un desperfecto en la cerradura por lo que debía retirar las llaves de un buzón dentro de la zona de lavandería del edificio, me ha llevado 10’ encontrarla mientras me indicaban telefónicamente.

O hotel se diz um local 5 estrelas, mas não se engane: é uma estadia mediana. A localização não é das mais interessantes para conhecer Madrid, mas é segura e confortável. A cama é o ponto alto, com bom colchão e bons travesseiros. O banheiro tem falhas gigantescas, que atrapalham terrivelmente e não são solucionáveis com facilidade: o box foi feito para crianças, e nada mais. É impossível tomar um bom banho, uma vez que não há qualquer espaço para se movimentar - este foi o banho mais apertado da minha vida, sem exagero. A água quente dura poucos minutos, e não é o suficiente para duas pessoas utilizarem uma em seguida da outra. Não tem suporte para toalha de rosto. Não há cafeteira prática no quarto (algo como nespresso), nem máquina de lavar louças. A iluminação é péssima, muito forte, com lâmpadas brancas, sem luminárias suaves - impossível criar um clima de aconchego no período da noite. A decoração é bem básica. Fomos recepcionados com faxineiras que mal cumprimentam ou falam bom dia. Há alguns detalhes simpáticos, como um Atari e tapetes de Yoga, mas muitas falhas a serem corrigidas para uma estadia 5 estrelas.

Edificio muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y cerca de un area comercial para buscar alimentos y bebidas. Cuenta con elevador lo cual es genial cuando llevas mucho equipaje. En general fue muy comodo, el agua caliente y wifi siempre funcionaron correctamente.

Very Convenient!

Great location, central but quiet Loved the concept of having the quality of a hotel but with the convenience of an apartment. For a work trip this is ideal, I used the gym pass that was included and also very convenient to have a washing machine, cooking options etc.

Great location in a safe quiet neighborhood close to bakery, mercado and grocery store. Apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. Good communication with the hosts. Most locations are easy to get to by ppl public transport or Uber or 20 min walk. Some good restaurants nearby if you wanna stay local. Highly recommend

Very clean and spacious apartment near local metro line 3, buses. Can walk to some landmarks. Area is quiet and safe. Bldg is across the street from supermarket. There's a cafe bakery under the bldg and many other eatery venues nearby. Totally recommend Bob W Arte and would definitely stay again when in Madrid.
