Excellent Service, Simple Room
I arrived late at night, but the whole staff welcomed me sincerely, the room was simple and clean, breakfast was complimentary, so I don't have any complains. Someone plays music at the east side of the hotel, you can hear it when you open the window.

location is good - close to the yamagata station front desk is friendly and well educated - good service the breakfast is free, and also taste good!

Staff are very polite and helpful. Best part is the hotel is only 5 mins from JR Yamagata station, very convenient. There is also a bus terminal at the train station with buses to various attractions like Zao onsen etc. Only down part is the pillow was very flat, hence not comfortable to sleep on.
