Asked for a very silent room when I booked which was confirmed. At check in I pointed it out, and they confirmed again, and they placed me in a room next to the runway and would not move to a similar room away from the runway.
Worn out, my curtains could not open. Switches for lights seem to be placed randomly so switching off light is a kind of quizz. Restaurant so-so breakfast the same. But staff in the bar were fine. Will probably not come back

I’d not even call this property as Marriott. Tiny rooms with stupid design. They don’t have light privacy curtains/screens on windows but only room darkening curtains. So you either have no light to or fully exposed to the street. They don’t have a mirror on top of bathroom sink. They have one on the side. Imagine if one is shaving and constantly have turn side ways to look one’s face in mirror. Breakfast buffet was good but otherwise I’d not stay in his hotel ever again.

Good for watching planes, poor for everything else
Very average stay. Room compact, but as expected. Emailed hotel 3 times over a 10 day period asking how transfer shuttles worked, finally got a response which said email us on ???@???.com To book, but left the email address blank. Had to take an Uber to the hotel, only to receive a text as I was checking in saying your car is waiting! Useless. Ordered room service only to be up all night throwing up and diarrhoea. Checked out a day early I was so ill. Pretty disappointing stay.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel -
1. First day I was welcomed well and was given an early checkin - however no one helped me with the initial guide to my room and I had to ask around with the staff where the lift is, which floor should i go and i went to the room like finding a location without a map
2. the shower head was not working well
3. during breakfast, my requests we delayed and when i ordered cappuccino(which they suggested i should get), they did not get it to me while i waited for an hour
4. the room order also was delayed by an hour
5. the place is not in a very convenient place and no quick bite or dining places around, majorly it is a slum area
I was expecting a better experience however Marriott has disappointed me in every way for my visit to Mumbai this time. I would not recommend this for my peers or for my future stay.
