At check in they have you sign off on multiple things that are already pre-electronically-initialled then use it against you. We checked in; girls trip. right away room was musty, damp feeling, water stains on ceiling and there were tripping hazards everywhere: poorly fit carpet in elevators, loose tiles and drains in bathroom. I booked here specifically to use the indoor jacuzzi. Went down to the pool and there were signs on the door saying the jacuzzi works, but is not able to get hot.... what? Sure enough jacuzzi is cold. Spoke to front desk, she said there was no discount she could give and when i asked to check out in the am and get refunded for the second night she said she could not due to me signing off that there are no refunds for faulty amenities. I told her she should have let us know at check in, not have us sign off then let us discover all the broken things People assume things are in working order when they pay this kind of price. How am I to know I want to stay or not before checking in if I am not told of what is wrong. She also said since i booked theough expedia she could not help me.
When I got to the room i contacted expedia. They spoke to the hotel. The front desk then called me and told me I could check out early(the next day)and they would refund my second night.
