Excellent stay at a well-maintained hotel, friendly staff and decent restaurant on site. Reasonable price and great bus connections to Heathrow. Happy that they don't allow animals, as my wife is allergic to dogs and cats.

A good, affordable option very close to Heathrow. Service was okay, but no one on reception for a 4am checkout despite the supposed 24 hour front desk. Otherwise, no faults to report!

Very quick and easy check-in, lobby and restaurant are very nice. A little dated and tired upstairs but not unpleasant. The room was quite small but the bed was comfortable, lots of channels on the TV and the shower worked well. Breakfast was fine, buffet with a lot of options. Only real negatives were an excessive car parking fee and other guests being noisy in the morning, slamming doors and shouting down corridors. You will get woken up before 7am if you stay here.
