Bad check-in service
The attitude of the check-in staff was so bad that our first impression towards the hotel was totally ruined.
We booked the hotel through Hotels.com but the check-in staff couldn't find our booking record. We were shocked and we explained but he was like if we were joking. Thank god eventually he found the record but it costed really a while for him to hand the keys to us as he still seemed not trusting us.
We in total spent like half an hour for check-in at late night be frustrated just because his incompetence and poor attitude.
