A Weekend in North Charleston
The suite was a wonderful home away from home for a weekend business stay as it would be for any reason one would find themselves in North Charleston. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suites ws spacious and meet my needs perfectly.

Naaah…I’m good…
I’d consider this a “value stay”. It was far from the Hilton brand I expected. Felt more like a Circus Circus in Vegas. Lots of updates needed, parking lot entry was difficult to navigate, better protocols to address customer issues (i.e., maintenance issues), could be cleaned better. Had a great check in, quick and easy. Would not recommend staying here, they try though.

Nope.
Check in wasn’t as simple as other hotels in the sense they wanted me and my friend to verify absolutely everything when I simply let them know my friend was arriving late. I got drilled about my address and name and even after I verified my friends name they drilled her too when she got there. I paid for a late check out the day before we left because my friend and I were competing in a competition and would be sweaty. We were already packed and the plan was to take quick showers before driving home. We tried to get to our room and our keys didn’t work. Mind you we are all the way on the opposite side of the hotel. I’m trying to beat the clock for the extra time I paid for now… I go all the way to the desk and explain the situation and get drilled again.. the girl activates my key, I go alll the way back and it doesn’t work. We call the front desk and they say they will send someone. We are sitting at the door for 10 or 15 minutes before we get an employee’s attention. She’s hesitant to let us in our room because she doesn’t know the situation. Meanwhile, I see the time I paid for just ticking away… we did finally get in and rushed ourselves because I was afraid after all this they might actually try to charge a full day. I got a call from the desk the next day and the woman was nice and told me a manager would be reaching out about what happened. I never received a call or offer for compensation for the time we wasted.. paid time. Will never stay here again.

The hotel had a "system" issue with my credit card so even though the room was paid for, we couldn't check in or get our keys until the issue was resolved. The airport shuttle was reserved when we checked in but not available at the time requested. We arrived at the airport 1/2 hour later than planned.

The staff was very polite and helpful. There are many options for food and the Tanger Outlet is several blocks away. My only suggestion would be to place new mattresses in the unit we stayed in.

I encountered some issues with the check-in and the initial room charges, but the front desk clerk, Sheri, got it all squared away! She should be commended. The rooms should have more than one trash can, and there should be stopper for the kitchen sink.

My room request was not met. The room had dirty furniture.There was no room service. Management didn’t address the problem with concern. I have booked with Travelocity before and this is the first time I had a really bad stay. Want stay there again!!!

Sarasota evacuees
We evacuated from sarasota due to hurricane Milton. This was unplanned yet it was very much appreciated. When we arrived on Wednesday, they had a little social in the dining area with light food and drinks and that definitely lifted our spirits. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was warm and good. The noon checkout is lovely as well. We rested well.
