Wonderful experience
We had a very restful and comfortable stay. The young ladies, all 3 that we met, were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They helped us get taxis, directed us to places we needed to go to. The breakfast place, Brunchers, was great. Their staff were friendly and helpful.

Fair review When we got to the building we had to be buzzed in. Which is fine, safe. However, on the reception desk there was a post-it with my name, room number, door entry code etc - not safe!! This is not a four star hotel. It is an Airbnb apartment complex with reception. You have to go to a nearby restaurant for your ‘included’ breakfast. There is nowhere to go to the toilet (not even staff), other than the ‘suites’. It did seem clean, apart from the toilet bin not being emptied. There is one freestanding rail for clothes (for what could be up to four people in a Family Suite) and nowhere else to put anything, no toiletries or cleaning unless you ask. When we got into the room there were no toiletries and the toilet bin was not emptied. However, went down and told receptionist and this was sorted in 15 mins. Later we realised there were no bath towels to put on floor - to stop you from slipping. Can’t lock door properly, door handle comes off in your hand. Shower head holder pipe is not secure to wall. It is loud in the evening. Fair enough, you are in central Athens, but it’s loud. (We were on 3rd floor mid-week in September). I live in London, so I am used to living in a city. Just not in the middle of the equivalent of Leicester Square on a week day. I wouldn’t stay again and will use a Hotel for future visits.

Tudo muito bom, principalmente as recepcionistas muito prestativas. O inconveniente é que o café da manhã é fora do hotel e só inicia as 8:00 h. Mas tudo funcionou direito. Em resumo, bom hotel ressaltando o atendimento que foi excelente.

Il s’agit d’un hotel qui n’en a pas l’air d’un. Il y a une mini-réception mais la personne qui s’y trouve est toujours acceuillante et fournit de bons conseils touristiques. Notre chambre était comme sur les photos donc nous étions contents. Le déjeuner aussi était excellent. Il est donné dans un restaurant de l’autre coté de l’hotel mais c’est très facile s’y rendre. Nous avons bien aimés notre séjour là, particulièrement en raison de l’emplacement stratégique (qui est aussi a quelques minutes à peine de la station de metro monasteraki donc directement sur le ligne qui provient de l’aeroport. Seuls points négatifs pour nous: le bruit la nuit. comme l’hotel est parfaitement situé, la nuit c’est très bruyant avec les gens qui font la fête. Autre petit point: dans la chambre, il y avait parfois une odeur de fausse septique… sinon, un beau séjour, merci.
