Check in time was fast, however in the hallways and specially inside the rooms there was a smell sore off like when a carpet is damp and stinky. Stairs to walk on the second floor is the dirties stairs.

I am 65 and have spinal stenosis. The place really needs an elevator. I was only there one night so it was ok. But I can’t do stairs on a daily basis. If I needed to stay for a few nights I would have to go somewhere else.

The room served its purpose. It was just ok. Room was marked non smoking but the smell of smoke was definitely pungent in that room. Also AC fan was so loud when it was running, but the air definitely worked cuz it stayed cold! I feel like we got what we paid for.

The stay was quite comfortable, my only complaints are: 1 - there’s no elevator, and 2 - there was a very strong scent of marijuana in our hallway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The smell in the hallway on the second floor was horrible, a strong incense. No elevator and the beds are on a metal base that made a noise when you got on the bed and when you got off.

Comfy with a strong pungent scent of marijuana.

The beds were comfy, bedding very clean, and the bathroom was clean. The carpet felt damp and every where we went, the smell of someone smoking marijuana was everywhere. It just permeated everything. I think that they tried to mask the smells with colognes and strong fragrant sprays. I have allergies and so that was tough. But, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Two issues were immediate. the bathroom door squeaked and, more important, the bed had a metal apron around the mattress platform. Every time we got into bed or moved afterwards, a high pitched drum sounded! Housekeeping almost immediately dealt with the door but nothing could be done about the drum sound. Put up with it for 5 nights. Lastly, there was a prominent clamminess in the room and on furniture surfaces. Couldn't figure out why until right before we left, we noticed the bathroom vent motor never came on! Code violation? Maybe the moisture from showering accounted for this condition. We unfortunately didn't notify staff. Despite these issues, we would stay again.
