Good place to stay, close to the ski resort and ski lifts as well as ski rental areas. The room was a little dated, but was clean and the staff was nice and responsive.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND I WOULD DEF BE STAYING AGAIN JUST NEXT TIME YOU PROVIDE A DATE FOR THE HOT TUB AMENITIES TO BE REOPENED YOU NEED TO BE FOR SURE THEY WILL BE DONE BY THEN. WHEN I BOOKED IT SAID JAN 10TH REOPEN, PLENTY OF TIME INBETWEEN OUR ARRIVEL YET BY THE END OF JAN THEY WERE NOT READY, NP WE JUST WALKED TO THE VINTAGE BUT IF I WASNT YOUNG AND TOUGH THIS COULD BE MORE OF A ISSUE. Reserved it on Expedia. Expedia does not give you the correct Confirmation number to be able to check in online. Had to contact WP resort to get the right confirmation number. Other than this, EXCELLENT property. Will definitely stay again.

Walkable location

Weather was gorgeous during our trip. The room was nice and had every thing we needed, however, check in directions are very unclear. You should note to check in at the Zephyr Mtn Lodge across the street. We spent 15 minutes trying to figure out the check in process while carrying heavy bags with no direction other than parking. The internet in our room went out twice on each night we were there, the breaker for the ceiling fan blew multiple times causing the ceiling light and fan to not work and the bed is terribly uncomfortable. We actually slept on the living room floor and couch the last night because the bed was so painful

Difficult check in experience, no clear direction for layout or parking specifics. Hot tub services down but was not informed beforehand. Toaster needs replaced and unsafe to use. Most of this was probably because it was off season but for the price I would have expected better

Fantasic place to stay! The only thing to note is do your research before booking. Parking can be a challenge when you're not sure where to go and snow is covering everything 🙂 Staff is extremely helpful! Personally the only other thing to note is the restaurant Goodys creperie made my entire family sick. Maybe it was an off day or maybe our tastes are different. Just a heads up. One last thing, make sure and grab a wagon. Winter Park provides them and they are extremely helpful lugging around your gear after a long day. Have fun and ski safe!

-We had to keep our window open with the box fan on the ground floor which caused uncomfortable/unsafe conditions. -Middle window's lock was broken. -Sprinkler turned on in the morning coming through our window and waking us up. -Did not mention "no AC" in reservation. -Assigned the wrong room in the zephyr via text message day of, this caused us to walk around for 45 minutes with all of our luggage. Went back to front desk and they gave us correct room in the correct building. -Parking was confusing, coupon code did not work. We were charged 100 dollars for less than 24 hour stay. Had to email property manager to get refund.

The communication from the property was terrible. No one was responding after hours to a late check-in. When we finally got access to the room after 1 1/2 delay the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room smelled like mold and mildew. My entire family was having an allergic reaction and we were unable to stay at the property. They refused to refund our two night stay and I had to drive an hour with my three children at 1:00 in the morning to Denver in order to find a hotel.

Not the best night ever.

The hotel had no A/C and this was not noted at check-in or prior during the reservation process. It was hot and stcky at best. There was dust everywhere and it did not look like the room had been cleaned recently. Rugs were dusty. Bedding was in poor shape and dirty. This room needs a complete update including the bathroom. Everything appeared to have been new in 1988. We left after only one night due to the heat and condition of the room. Could not recommend this unless it was updated.

Located near the base of Winterpark ski resort and only 3 miles from Fraser, where most restaurants and shopping are. Easy underground parking. Our studio condo room was decent, about the size of a nice hotel room. The condos are privately owned, I believe, and the owner of our room (4567) probably should have replaced the mattress 10 years ago! Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel room or rental. I sagged into it as if in a hammock.

Somethings are too good to be true. This property is highly over rated. We came to ride Trestle bike park for a third year in a row. We were excited by the lower price point for this place compared to renting a cabin, camping or staying in a nicer hotel. Don’t be fooled, you’re renting someone else’s condo and better off camping in a tent. (With good gear) The unit we were given, the bed was rock hard like sleeping on cardboard. The walls, paper thin. We could hear the neighbor guests on the phone talking, fighting with their kids, every door latch opening or close, every knock around you, every toilet flush. And more! No a/c either! We thought we found a good deal, I’d rather pay hundreds more to stay elsewhere or camp in a tent. I only slept 4.5 hours in 2 days because of the above. it was my birthday bike trip to ride bikes at trestle, the top 3 bike parks in North America. Next year I’d rather go camping or rent a full house like I’ve done in years past. This place was not as it was marketed as. I had no idea I was renting someone else’s not great condo. I recommend Gravity Haus, the a-frame club and many other properties I’ve stayed at in winter park for bike trips over this property. Or even camping over this place. I’ve done all the above and beyond. I’ll return to trestle/winter park a few times this year, but I refuse to stay here again.
