Cleanest hotel I have been to!
This hotel is super clean. The staff, including the owner/manager all work very hard and pleasant. This guy definitely wants everything just right and takes pride in his work. Respectfully between employees and everyone seems happy to help. The beds are great. Didn’t really use the hot tub much because it was late when we came in but overall great hotel and great price too. I would stay there again.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
Excellent stay at a very reasonable price! Check in was smooth and three guy was super friendly and helpful. Hotel owner or manager was very involved in every aspect. I think this was by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! While we were there there was even a guy cleaning the windows to the gym. 2 women constantly cleaning the breakfast area. What I saw was a very well managed and taken care of hotel. You could see a huge level of respect between the owner/manager and the employees. Hot tub was small so definitely not for a big group (4 of us fit in there just fine) . I am in Alabama often and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend this one!

Very Clean Space
The person at the front desk was super helpful and kind. The pool area was clean and we enjoyed the whirlpool after a long day of driving. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed and chairs.

Room was comfortable. Checkin lady was very nice. Check out guy not so much. Hot tub NOT hot. More like warm. Only one jet was working. Very difficult to get into it. No steps or handrails. If you need something to eat. Plenty of places close by. Chick-fil-A next door.

You might want to take this property off your site since they make discriminatory assumptions. Below is the message that I sent to them. I booked a room for my sister and your staff had her in tears twice this morning. She went down to breakfast with key card on hand and was confronted by the desk person inquiring if she was staying there and telling her she needed to check put immediately. The room is paid for until check out time! Then when she tried to share her concerns of his hostile behavior toward her, the lady made excuses to for his behavior and implied that my sister was a homeless person with a fake key card. This is not acceptable and I will be sure to tell everyone I know in the HSV area to never book family members there. They also told her last night that her incidental charge would be put back on her account within 48 hours and this morning the rude staff told her it could be a week. Why are you processing payments for incidentals rather than just processing them as "pending" like every other hotel that I've ever stayed in around the country. Do better, but also be watching for the bad review that I will be placing on every site and with every tourism agency that I can access.

My room smelled like a high school locker room. The staff meant well but couldn’t address the issue well. They also had no alternatives to their feather pillows, which I was allergic to.
