Overnight stay for a longer trip but was very nice & clean.

Asked for a handicap room. Received one on the fourth floor and only one elevator. For those with mobility issues this would be a disaster in an emergency or if the elevator failed. The handicap tub was just a regular tub with handrails and a bottom so slippery I had to put towels down to prevent it. I told the front desk and they weren’t concerned at all. On day three I had to track housekeeping down to finally service my room. I would never recommend this hotel. A picture of the handicap tub is below

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice also. We were disappointed with the lack of room service. We stayed two nights and needed more towels. We were told they were out of clean towels. With that issue we had to reuse the towels from our first night.

my reservation was cancelled, even thought i put i was going to pay when i arrived at the hotel and they ran my card, i did receive a call but hung up with no voicemail was left no other type of communication was done. but when i did arrive the lady in the front desk did everything possible to get us a room she went above and beyond. thank you!

Dirty, stinky and the front desk employee was kind but just not helpful. The hallways smelled, the rooms smelled all like wet musty like a moldy smell. The pool area had no ventilation or ac. It was hot and stinky in there as well, it had a musty gym smell. The room was dirty, the bathroom was the worst, the beds were uncomfortable and felt humid and smelled.

Stayed in comfort suites for a couple of days, room wasn’t cleaned well, food still in fridge, lips stick on the windows. Since it was during the week, Contractors take up most of the parking lot with large trucks with attached trailors. Don’t forget the bathroom spray, no vents.
