Not clean and things didn’t work
Not real impressed with the room. I wasn’t expecting luxury at this price point, but clean and working should be the basics at any price point. The carpet had multiple large stains, two of the four lamps didn’t work, and the TV remote was missing a battery so we couldn’t watch TV.

Never Stay Here Again!!
There was garbage in the garbage can from the previous person—hole in the wall from the bathroom door—the trim was coming off the wall—the carpet was away from the wall and coming off the wall (used as trim) — the mattress pad/cover was dirty looked like never changed

Umm there was no customer service at desk took over half hour just to get check in then when family was checked in the room was dirty not clean at all the shower was horrible literally shaving of hair thru out the tub with red seem like blood stain the shower didn’t work in the morning the bed sheets definitely wasn’t changed honestly it was a horrible experience to be honest wasn’t happy at all very disappointed

Wont be staying here again
Started off with the elevator not working, next our key wouldn't open the door, spent a long time working it, even getting it stuck in the slot. Entering the room was completely disappointing, first thing we noticed was a strong smell of smoke. You could still see foot prints in the floor. The room was filthy. The tub was dripping all night, we had to ask for a shower curtain as there wasnt even one in place. Overall we felt dirtier just staying here. Cabinet doors broken, missing handles, light fixtures missing or missing covers, outlet covers off. And the stated free breakfast? Some muffins and coffee. Not a breakfast.

DID NOT GET TO STAY
We booked our stay for two days but arrived and there were no employees to be found, so we couldn't get checked in and couldn't get our key to our room. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, WE DID NOT STAY!

First sign I countered reminded me management not responsible for theft or damage to my vehicle. It made it seem property might be inot safe. In”Their” parking lot, not a ramp , or off site but “Their” property. Room appeared to need a big upgrade and tub did not drain .I did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet.

There was no person at the front desk to check people in. Some waited for up to 2.5 hours. I got to the room and there was no pillow. I had to leave the same night.

Find a better hotel.
Outside entryway all you smell is dog poop. As you walk in to front desk you are hit by a strong smell of marijuana. They say there is breakfast all they have is coffee and if your lucky oatmeal. There was mold above the shower. There was junk sitting in the hallways (plunger, Step stool, garbage) Sink in the room kitchen had no stop when you turned the handle you could turn both handles all day long and it would not stop.

Fake Reservation
We attempted to check in and they apologized but said they had no rooms available which left us with no where to stay. We were told this “just happens sometimes” and that we wouldn’t be charged but I still have a pending charge on my account. The hotel staff stated his just happens sometimes when the hotel gets booked through 3rd party apps (Hotels.com).

Well we got woken up outta our sleep from water pouring out of the fire water sprayers on the ceiling and it was coming out the smoke detector right about our bed.. all from a room above us that their sink wouldnt stop running so we had to be out before check out. There was water every where coming from the walls and on the bathroom and kitchen floor. At first all they said was sorry but then they said they would give me 10 dollars back which was last week and still haven't received it. Not the best stay but not the worst.
