The toilet was disgusting. It appears to have a lot of new paint and a beautiful new bath tub, but the lampshades looked damaged. If you want to update and look better, don’t skimp. Lobby restroom should have a new ceiling. Looks like a child painted it. Just a bit disappointing, for a quality inn.

well, I went by the reviews on Expedia and I don’t know who did those but definitely not someone who stayed there those giving a 7-10. rooms were rundown. I kept my flip-flops on in the room the whole time because the carpet just seemed cruddy. The continental breakfast had no fruit definitely can’t go by the pictures overall the room served its purpose. We just needed for the night to sleep pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work

TV didn't work so they moved us into another room. Comfy bed but the hair dryer didn't work. Pool was nice but the jacuzzi was cold. Maybe they shut it down for the summer.

I would not recomnend this hotel. Light bulb missing, no coffee maker, refrigerator didn't work, room phone didn't work, the toilet in the first room I was assigned would not stop running so I had to change to another room. And that's the room with all the problems above. No good internet signal, even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a burn hole in the bedspread on one of the beds. Lots of people hanging out of their rooms, loud music playing while their doors were open,

Nice hotel. Good value for $ spent. Easy access, secure room, good neighborhood. Very quiet, got a good night sleep. Heat worked well, nice shower, good free hot breakfast. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, only negative thing I could say is that it's not connected to the building the rooms are in so you have to go outside to get to it, a heated connecting hallway would be a nice addition.Highly recommended, AAA+

DISAPPOINTED

The facility was clean & in a off the beaten path so it was fairly quiet. I had just drove 9.5 hours and I reserved this motel because it had a whirlpool hot tub. Checking it out, I found it was a tub & hot, but that was it. The desk told me the jets don't work, but it heats up. There were Flies, Mosquito eaters, beetles, pollen, and other bugs floating around in it. The pool was not much better. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!! The breakfast was a waffle or muffin & coffee. If that's what you call a continental breakfast. SAD!!! never again

I was very pleased with our serivce. The staff was very polite. My only complaint is that no access to washer n dryer . I had got my only pair of shoes soaking wet. Also there was no way for the front desk to get towels, in the pool area as well
