Special place;awesome ambiance !
My family of 4 had a delightful time at this property.Every employee we encountered was delightful,helpful,and pleasant.The food,the setting and the ambiance were at top level.We were more than pleased with our stay ! Our stay covered the whole spectrum of the Colombian culture.Make sure you meet Pablo,the beach boss if you stay here.He was great to see in action.

It seemed like the olaces was a little understaffed. My bell hop also served me coffee at breakfast. My room was worn, but they are slowly remodeling so maybe others have stayed in nicer rooms

Great place for a nice relaxing stay
Clean comfortable rooms really great service friendly staff all made for my first wonderful trip to Cartagena. Beautiful pool steps from the beach all around wonderful experience. My junior suite was clean and spacious and I enjoyed it very much. A special thank you to the hotel concierge she set me up with a private car and driver for the Playa Blanca trip for the day and it was wonderful. She was wonderful I am already planning another stay.

Bad unprofessional guest service front desk employees. Claimed to not find my reservation in attempt to sell me an upgraded suite..attempted to call the following day to speak to management but front desk continued to transfer me to a dead end recording where I couldn’t leave a voicemail. First Poot experience I have had with a hotel affiliated with hotels.com
