One of the BEST hotels in the metro area. Good area, great service. I was a little upset the pool wasnt open but i do understand precautions due to covid. Clean and the beds were AMAAAZING.

New looking but deceiving

Called ahead and informed staff we were going to be late arriving. Also requested they have accommodations of towels in the room for the number of people in our party. Arrived had to wait for 14 minutes before anyone checked us in. Got to the room and had to go back downstairs for towels. The room was dirty and looked like someone tried to just put lipstick on an old cow. The floors looked horrible In the room the elevator and the hall. It looked like an old building some tried to cheaply fix up. The sofa sleeper mattress was stained and wore out. Would no go back or recommend. Expected more and have received better out of other Hilton properties.

Beware long hallway

The first suite was horrible the snick leak the tub dripped there was someone else’s toothbrush and toothpaste on the tub. The bathroom just had not been cleaned completely. There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel the elevator was old and noisy, made a crick and sound like he was just going to stop. I have never been at a Hilton that was so BAD.

GIRLS WEEKEND

Since my daughter was happy with the room for her 20th Birthday Girls weekend, that was all that mattered. I could tell that the floor hadn't been swept or mopped were the kitchen table was. But it was just a small area. The rest of the room is carpet and it was clean.

The hotel was under construction but said it was newly remodeled. I was so disappointed with Hilton for this hotel. The outside looks great but the inside has so many issues. I will not be back here.

When we first checked in, they told us that their washer broke, but they were bringing us towels shortly. Ok, things happen. Our first room had unmade beds, so they gave us another one. That room had beds made, but overall the room was dirty. I realized after our first night, there was snot by the tv on the wall. We never got towels when we got back into our room around 5 pm. We called and asked for some. We finally got 2 towels for 3 people! The front desk person said that’s all that they had! Breakfast was chaotic. It opens at 7 am, but it’s not ready at 7. They are still setting up breakfast if they turn on all of the items.

Not the same as the week before

This was the 2nd stay in this hotel in a week. We stayed overnight driving through as part of a week vacation and again for one night on the way home. The first stay was great. We had the same expectation, especially for nearly $240 for a short night stay arriving at 6:30pm and leaving by 9:30 am. We were disappointed to say the least. Immediately upon arrival, the room smelled musty. The bedroom had carpet tiles that were rolled up and a tripping hazard, there was approximately 1/4 roll of toilet tissue and no spare roll, 2 towel sets, the bathroom door wouldn't close, mold on the bathroom wall, toilet wobbled and banged against the wall and the shower/tub dripped all night. The guest services did respond with additional towels and toilet tissue. I guess we just expected more for the price and a recent stay that was much better.

Overall, not a great experience. Booked a 2 bedroom suite that would fit 7 people, but was given a 1 bedroom suite with a single pull-out couch that could only reasonably sleep 5. Only 2 towels in a room supposedly meant for 7 people. Phone did not work so had to go down to lobby to ask for more. Were told they were currently out but would bring some later. They ended up bringing us 5 additional hand towels rather than any full-size ones. Only half the outlets worked.

I never checked in. I called to cancel and was told to have my third party company contact the property that I could not called the hotel. She was very rude. I bought the extra insurance and was still charged full price for somewhere I did not stay.

Bad experience

I will never stay at this location again. I called to see how early I could check in. The lady said callback at 1. I called back & was told my room was available. Arrived 45 minutes later. Checked in & unloaded the luggage. I wanted to see the room before taking our stuff up. The room wasn’t cleaned. The beds weren’t made & trash was in the room. I told the front desk. She called someone to find out what’s going on. Then she told me the room wouldn’t be ready until 3. We had to sit in the lobby & wait. It was after 3 & she told me they got another room available so I won’t be going to the original room #331 because she didn’t know when it would be ready. They moved me to 115. Entered the room. Sanitized everything & unpacked our stuff. The air wasn’t working. At this time it’s a guy at the front desk. He wasn’t friendly at all. He had me standing there for a while. He then told me they had 215 available. I told him I wanted to check it out 1st. I had somewhere to be and he refused to let me move rooms when I got back. So I had to move right away and they didn’t offer to help me. I stayed here 6 days and 5 night no one came to clean my room. They told me I was only scheduled for stay over which is crazy. They had no garbage bags. I purchased my own tissue and garbage bags. It was like pulling teeth to get towels. The breakfast was about the only enjoyable thing. This was my 2nd time staying here in over 5 years. I had an issue that time as well but this time was worse.
