Our trip was below satisfactory. The night hosts were friendly. Room was ok but not great.
My wallet was stolen from the hotel that evening. We called the police as the hotel staff were not able to help us. We stayed that night & left the next day as we needed to get home to settle my accounts due to the theft.
We asked for a refund for one night since we did not stay the entire trip. The hotel refused. It's a real shame as I am a very good and loyal hotel.com customer. I have recommended to several people how great it's been using this format.
But after this traumatizing experience I will no longer be using this platform for future bookings.
