We loved our stay at the Oaks, the rooms were lovely and the premises was well kept. The kids loved the pool and spa.Satff were helpful and friendly.
The only thing we found confusing was the room that we booked. We put in " 2 adults, 2 children and one room"
We thought it was going to be ONE room with 2 bedrooms and a shared living area. However, it was 2 seperate rooms (Room# A and B ) - one with the living area, full kitchen and an ensuite and the other room next door as a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Not ideal, but we made it work, but this need to be clearer for families. It was called a "2 bedroom dual key Lagoon Spa Apartment"
I also feel that there needs to be some better kitchen utensils as it made any type of cooking hard when there were no sharp knives to use; oven temps were all faded.
But overall, a great stay and place.
