It was a good stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t understand was why our bedroom had a window with a curtain looking out into the hallway. So people could see in and we could see out. You did have to walk about 100 yards for parking unless you use valet parking. The parking garage was tight, but there was plenty of parking on the upper levels and there is an elevator to take you back down. Overall we had a great stay. The power went out right before our check out, so I had to carry my luggage down 16 flights of steps, but that wasn’t the property’s fault. I definitely would stay again.

Our stay here was ok....when we arrived the drive thru was shut down for construction so it made it a little inconvient to unload and transport your luggage to your room. When arriving in our room the floor was still wet. The curtain to the sliding door was half torn off. There was something nasty on the table and a empty mouthwash bottle in the bathroom. The noise from the construction was very disturbing when trying to relax at the pool. We made the best of our stay. Would probably stay again if we inspected the room first.

My significant other and I enjoyed our stay in the studio which was the perfect size and comfortable for the both of us. The room was very clean and had great amenities wishing the hotel. We will be booking again soon!

My family stayed here for about 5 days. At first it seemed a little chaotic in the valet where you unload your luggage. But they had an efficient system and were very organized and got everyone their luggage moved pretty past. I was pleasantly surprised they have someone available to take your luggage to your room for you. We had Cody help us with ours and he was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and well stocked for our stay. The only issues we encountered was we had to call maintenance to our room for the AC the condensation drip tray was full and it switched off the air condition. They arrived promptly and fixed it, so we were pleased with that it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The other minor thing worth mentioning is they scheduled our room to be tidied and serviced in the middle of the week but they never came. We had enough towels and extra blankets. We enjoyed the pools, and beach access was convenient. We chose to self park our car in the parking garage across the street. It is a very short walk through a nicely landscaped area and the parking garage has elevators. The whole atmosphere of even other guests was family friendly and we enjoyed even just hanging out by the pools. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and plan on returning next year.

I stayed at the same property on the Hilton side in the spring-beyond excellent experience. I didn’t realize with reserving it was going to be any different. Anderson means condos someone owns by rents out.l. The lotion in the bathroom is falling off the wall. There was a pile of dirty cleaning rags by the door. The room has a musty smell to it and the conditioner was empty(I called the desk twice before a replacement came). The living room table looks like someone spilled a chemistry experiment on it, it's scratched to pieces and looks melted on top in one area. It's completely livable but not exceptional. Just being honest.

Just remember this hotel is old. I heard Hilton was trying to do some updating to room. That’s great! Here was our pros: we had ocean front and that was excellent! Also, it’s so nice to have a small kitchen we enjoyed this very much. Cons: king bed was so hard my husband couldn’t sleep much. Up at 4am to do stretches. For me I didn’t sleep well because room window was on hall and curtains didn’t cover all the hall lights coming in. Room was never dark and I slept with sheet over eyes. Room had beaten walls and ceiling had old popcorn ceiling. Just a few things to think about. Would not book there again.
