This was our third time at this property because we enjoy staying here! The staff is super friendly and go above and beyond. Trudy, who serves the amazing hot breakfast, is an absolute gem! We'll continue to come back here from Michigan. It's a convenient location near the island!

The remote for the tv barely worked. The shower head was awful and barely worked! There was a terrible smell in the room. The indoor pool was closed. We had to get new keys to the room because they wouldn’t work and then those didn’t work. The Internet was AWFUL!! However, the lady that did the breakfast was VERY sweet and accommodating!!

The room was clean and well furnished except for the bed. The bed sat so high I had to lay across it and roll up onto it. Then it was so hard I barely slept for 2 nights. Went to Walmart and got a foam mattress topper to be able to sleep and not be kept up by pain and body aches. had to lay a ross it and roll up onto it. The bed was also very hard

The parking was good except when I had cigarette ashes on my vehicle. One day I had to ask for towels and empty my trash because the help was running late. It would have been nice to have had turkey bacon or sausage because a lot of people don't eat pork. Fresh fruit would have been nice also.

Great time...

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Arrived on Monday and stayed till Friday morning. Monday i was met Richard when i checked in. He was professional and friendly. He help us get checked in. At first he had us on the first floor. We changed to a second floor room, it was a corner room and again we changed our mind. Richard worked with us again to move us back to original room. Not a problem. Breakfest great, had a good Variety of breakfast foods to choose from in the morning. Comfortable room, the one thing i noticed. Some other hotels we have stayed at had starchy, rough towels. Your hotel had soft , fluffy towels. Loved that !!!! One thought, maybe add fresh fruit to the breakfest. Otherwise , great time.. Will return in the future

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location close to the LeConte Center and shopping. The only minor complaint I have is the air conditioner was a bit noisy when it came on. Overall I would definitely stay there again

Close to everything.

This hotel is very centrally located, right on a busy and noisy corner, which can make the stay feel a bit hectic at times. The room itself was decent but somewhat worn and in need of a refresh. While I can’t comment on the indoor pool, the outdoor pool was unfortunately empty during our stay, and the next day it was covered with a tarp. Breakfast was available as advertised, but it required some caution. We noticed that many items in the fridge, especially the yogurt, were past their expiration date—about 90% of it was no longer good. Overall, this hotel works if you need a central location, but the noise, worn rooms, and issues with the pool and breakfast make it less than ideal. It’s not the most comfortable or well-maintained option in the area.

The Letter

It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we took an 8 State Rd. trip. Pigeon Forge was a little bit of a touristy place. We prefer small town feels. However, we stayed in an upper corner room with views both east and south. There was a wonderful letter on the wall that welcomed us as family. We would love to come back someday!
