Series of dissapointments

Didnt get the king we booked. However gal gave us a discount and upgraded to a suite. That was appreciated. However, cards would bit work in the doors locking is out 4 different times. Took us almost 30 min to get into room a vouple times due to front deak not being manned. Toilet stopped flushing, grounds oround building are in desperate need of mowing weeds waist high.

Disappointing

Upon check in, we were paying for our rooms separately. They ran my sister’s card and gave us our room keys. We got up to our rooms, and the keys didn’t work. We go back down to the front desk and they issue us new keys, and tell my sister that her card didn’t go through so they ran it a second time. Go back to our rooms, my keys work- hers don’t. She then had to go back to the front desk 5-6 times to get keys that work. And then she checks her cc statement and she was charged twice for the room. I also checked mine and was also charged twice. Refunds will take “3-5 days” I don’t know if the front desk person was trying to pull something funny, but it seems fishy. One room it was difficult to get the air to work. Outdated wall heating/cooling until.

We traveled thru as a family of 9 and the awesome lady at the front desk upgraded our rooms and connecting doors so we could make dinner in our rooms and not have to carry it to a different room. Gratefully appreciated!!!

Previously wonderful; had some issues

Stayed for my son’s birthday party. While I’ve used this property to house family and friends before without issue, there were a few things that made the trip a bit less enjoyable. Unfortunately, the keycard machine was broken from before I checked in to after I checked out. No one in the hotel could unlock their rooms, so we were asked to use the deadbolt to keep the door from locking if we had to leave the room. Also, the TV in my son’s room (where he and his buddies were staying) stopped working about 9pm and never came back on. I overheard another customer saying the same thing had happened to them. The front desk staff person was friendly and clearly had no control over these things, but I’m surprised at how long it took to get the keycard machine fixed! That seems like a huge security issue. But prior to this past weekend I haven’t had any complaints. I would still stay here; just had a less-great experience this time.

Enjoyed our stay. Area great not much dining

This was not our first time staying at this hotel the location off of 80 is decent. The rate is pretty good. The hotel is overall pretty clean on interior. The gal at the desk is very sweet. We stayed checking in March 21 for one night.

Room had a jacuzzi but apparently it was "under maintenance" sign had been there a while so I'm skeptical. 630 was woke up and couldn't get to sleep. Not hotels fault but people just not giving a hoot about others who were still sleeping

Very clean!! Excellent stay.

For the price went in with zero expectations. This hotel was very clean. The room was considered a suite. It was very spacious. Breakfast was simple. Waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs with the typical cereal, pastries, yogurt and si me and of course Coffee and juice. The breakfast area was also very clean. We did not have time to swim but I did go look at the pool. It is heated and the area was also clean and well kept. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

No Hot Tub, Not Extremely Clean

There is not hot tub, there's dirty spots but it's not terrible. Very disappointed that all website pics and amenities tout a hot tub, but when we asked, they said it's not their fault it says they have a hot tub, even their own website says they have one.

Room was clean but walls were very scuffed and dirty in high traffic areas. Some damage to furniture. Hot tub is boarded up and pool was cold. Our phone didn't work.
