The carpet in the room had massive, disgusting stains of goodness-knows-what, right next to the bed. To pay £94 and receive such an awful room is galling.

Staff was incredibly accomodating which is especially great as we had a 5y old with us.
Always nice, rooms are clean and beds are comfy, easy to access as well & parking right in front (paid-for but worth it for a weekend).
Train station 1 min walk away, highly recommend!

The air conditioning in our room was not working, so was unbearably hot! I booked 2 nights, paid additional to have a room with a signed but was given a room that I could have paid £20 less for. There was dirt all on the bedside cabinet and rubbish such as roll up cigarette filters stuffed under the bed.

Nice hotel with helpful staff.
Great location, car park and train station opposite the hotel and close to Brighton's North Laine. 15 min's walk through the lanes to get to the sea front.

From start to finish there were problems with this booking. No empathy or understanding from the management team even after several stays at this hotel.
Reluctance to allow me an amendment in the first place, a woeful offer of a refund for a night not used, then the booking was cancelled “automatically” even after information was sent regarding my late check in. Booking was reinstated without the original breakfast whilst I waited twenty five minutes in reception, a drinks voucher was welcomed for my hinderance but the good will was cancelled out by me not receiving the 20% discount in the restaurant for the second stay in a row. Poor personal service.
