I do not know this establishment has "Good" review rating. I've stayed at many La Quintas in the past and this one is not at all up to the standards I've experienced at others. I would have left immediately had the booking not been non-refundable
As soon as we walked in it was clear this place is in need of major repairs. There's water damage and large holes on the ceilings in the shared areas. The halls smelled musty and the carpets had large stains all over. The room was ok, not great but clean enough. The rest of the hotel and its poor level of upkeep and cleanliness gave me the creep crawlies and made sleeping here rough. Unfortunately, in the morning I found all the towels were heavily stained. They smelled clean but the large stains all over them disgusted us. We decided to forgo showering, check out and continue on our travels. The included breakfast didn't appear bad, but there was barely anything there when we checked at 7:15AM nearly two hours before it ends. There was no hurry to refill it either as we watched the woman taking care of it check the food and then proceed to sit at the front desk and play on her phone. On top of this I was double charged. I prepaid in full on hotels.com, then my card was charged again by the hotel during online check in. I assumed it was an incidental hold but it finalized. I tried to get a refund from the hotel itself as this was their mistake, but they were unwilling. Hotels.com took care of the refund for me in the end.
