Great Stay 10/10 but pool needs maintenance
Room was nice and clean. Service was great. However the pool had entirely too much chlorine. My children were in for about 10 mins and got out because their eyes immediately started burning. Not safe as i had a toddler in the pool as well. So i immediately removed the toddler from her float and got her out of the water.

Upon arrival with three kids at 10 PM I got upstairs to get them to bed and there were no sheets or pillows for their bed. I called to get them and was told we could have some but had to go to the lobby to get them ourselves. The next day I found a pair of men’s dirty underwear and socks behind the TV (No male traveled with me). We also needed more towels and were told we needed to come to the lobby for them too.

Made a reservation through a 3rd party but pick a pay later option, but since I have the Hilton honor app figure I pay it pick my room and floor. Later that evening when I received the digital key went to hotel to check in show front woman that I pay fulled she replied there no payment I didn’t want to argue and insert my card again asking her I wouldn’t get charged double but guess what I did . Which cause me to be on phone with Hilton ppl than front desk . They only refunded me for one night must check my credit card to make sure all have been removed what a freaking headache.

Arrived to who was supposed to be a King standard room but end d being a King handicap room which would have been fine but the shower head fell off , the towels were worn , and shower curtain should have been longer to block some of the water. Conrad Hilton would be spinning in his grave if he saw this place. The staff is friendly but the rooms are dark, marginally clean, with an old mattress with a ridge in the middle. The place is as noisy as hell. I could hear TVs, people talking and arguing all night long. I was there for early AM activities and it was nearly impossible to sleep. The walls are paper thin. Totally unacceptable at this price point. The property needs a total renovation, if only to get rid of the Febreeze odor mask and borderline bathrooms.

It was just a stop through stay on the way home. The hotel seemed nice. Room was comfortable and clean however the pool was not. I understand lots of people are in the pool through out the day i just feel they should keep an eye out on cleanliness throughout the day. Over all a pleasant stay.

I was disappointed in my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. Upon arrival to our suite, we were met with stains on the sofa, a gooey sticky substance on the nightstand, a partially applied vent cover for the HVAC system missing several screws (which caused the door to rattle loudly), and all furniture seemed very worn. Before unpacking, we called the front desk and they willingly moved us two floors down (from room 408-208). Once we entered this suite, there was a sofa with the same colored stains in similar areas, there was a stench in the bathroom that smelled like sewage, and a dirty chair. At this point we decided to just suck it up and get through the weekend. We attended this trip with several other friends and wanted to remain in the same hotel together. One set of friends arrived late the first night and had complaints about their room at breakfast the next morning. We asked the room number, and they told us room 408. The room we moved out of in the first place. So, they willingly placed someone into a room with know concerns without addressing the issues first. Very disappointing experience for a Hilton hotel.
