The bathroom stink because it was mopped with dirty nasty water. The bathroom really wasn’t clean like it should be the towels were dengue.

the room was very dirty, didn’t even look like they vacuumed. Hair dryer was busted/broken, the toilet seat was broken, toilet paper holder and towel holder were barely hanging on. We found an old sock, mask & even opened medicine beside the bed which I didn’t appreciate with us having small children. There was no remote for our tv, I think we went through 3 different ones and none of them worked.

Excellent stay
We were in town for a dance competition. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. We like to sleep in frigid conditions and the room AC did the job. The breakfast was typical, sausage, eggs, and waffles. Would have liked more options, but i am picky! We will definitely stay again if in town.

Not a great stay
The check in process was horrible. The receptionist was on the phone with a friend the whole time and barely spoke to us. It was very rude. She wasn’t very friendly either. Room was ok,nothing special. The ac was so loud and sounded like it was ready to break. The other people staying in the hotel were slamming doors while we were trying to sleep.

The air conditioner would not stay on. After calling the front desk, they said they didn't have a maintenance person there. They did however offer to change rooms, but we had too much to move.

Would never stay again nor recommend.
Our room was not clean. The tub had hair and soap residue. The hair dryer cord was partly melted, and should not even be in the room. There was a sticky ring from a cup on the night stand. The beds were clean and served their purpose as we stopped late at night to sleep before continuing our long drive home. We would never stay here again. The hallway floors and elevator needed sweeping and mopping.

We checked in in the afternoon and came back later that evening we went to park there was a man in the parking lot peeing on the side of the building we moved to another parking space and there was a man and a woman having sex in the parking lot we left the hotel and went to my daughter's house I came back the next day and checked out they charged me for two nights is the worst experience I've ever had

All staff was nice except that guy who does the morning breakfast. He stars at people intensitly. My daughter accidently broke something. I apologized and he cleaned it while mumbling under his breath. Then he aggressively asked me whats my room number. I asked him why and he just repeater his self. My second day I said good morning to him and he ignored me. I then caught him saying good morning and being so welcoming to a white Patreon. The carpet had stains as well. I kept socks and slides on the whole time.

Upon check in, I was notified of a $100 deposit that was not noted in the fine print when the room was booked. The check in clerk was pleasant and efficient. There was no shower curtain and we only had enough towels for two, although it was noted in booking thay we had 3 adults and 2 children. Those issues were resolved quickly. The toiley paper roll was detached from the wall, sofa bed was very uncomfortable compared to other sofa beds, the breakfast was decent. Overall 3.5/5.
