They wanted to chrage us another two hundred fifty dollars at check in and we didnt have it. We already paid for our room. And they refused us to stay at their hotel. I want my money back since they refused us. And they wont give it back. I have never been charged the amount of stay for incidentals that may happen. They are absolutely in the wrong for not giving me my money back after they refused us. We wanted to stay. Its on them. So they should pay us back. Especially with how hard times are .and how wealthy they are

Fall Getaway!

Our stay was excellent! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We came here to ride the UTV trails, and the scenery was beautiful. It was early fall, and the air was crisp and pleasant. I highly recommend making a trip to Fairfield Bay! Our stay was perfect!

Very curvy and narrow roads to get there, and at the resort. The Little Red Resturant was great and Nickle is an excellent server. There was some confusion with Wyndom about our disability room. We entered the condo to a living room, then 15 stairs down to kitchen, bedroom, and bath. Overall it was a nice stay.

This was the absolute worse stay that Ive ever experienced. Ive never had to wait over 2 hours to check in. Instead of taking accountability the staff kept blaming Expedia for cancelling my booking but my booking was still very much booked in Expedia and deleted in their system. It was the worst situation and enough to make me never come back! The noise of the tenants on top of us was awful. This was by far the absolutely worst experience ever!
