We needed to extend our check out time since our event we were attending changed and the front desk clerk was vey accommodating and polite. Everything was just perfect especially the waffles at breakfast. 😊

Front staff were nice and helpful. Broken shower bottles and one was empty when we first checked in. Gym was filthy, hot, and smelled awful. Breakfast menu was very limited, woman serving waffles was extremely unfriendly. Pillows flat, A/C worked well. Shower pressure was shifting between low and high while running. Toilet ran constantly.
