I have stayed in a lot of budget friend hotels. This is by far the worst experience we have have ever had. The beds were extremely uncomfortable the couch was unuseable I booked a room with two beds and a pull out couch the mattress was tore to pieces. The rooms were borderline cleaned I had to have my wife and I clean the bath room it was so bad in the tub and toilet when brought to the front desks attention the attendant couldn’t have cared less. Fridge barley worked just an overall terrible experience

Great hotel, with little kitchenette.
Great short weekend trip, service was friendly. Was able to check in 2 hours early with no extra charges, balcony over looked the ocean. Beds in room were comfortable, cute little kitchenette area. Only complaint is you have to bring everything with you for cooking, nothing is provided, but for the nightly rate I will gladly bring my own pots and pans. Will stay here again.

It's a motel not hotel.
Check in was good. My room phone was not working and front desk person didn't seem concerned. Did not offer to replace it or get it fixed. The latch on my room door was completely gone and they could not give us another room. The door barely closed, so I was up all night on and off. There was no discount offered or semi refund due to the inconvenience.

Adequate
Reasonably priced for the off season in Virginia Beach. Plenty of room although the furnishing was spartan. Ocean view was nice. Sunrise was especially worthwhile. Parking is a bit cramped and service was slow at check in. Looked like a one man show. Perfectly suitable for economy travel.

We had a great time! The view was beautiful. The folks at the front desk went out of their way to help us put a safe chair into the tub so my disabled friend could take a shower. Great folks!

Decent ofr the price. Able to walk within minutes if most places. We did have some condensation issues but were resolved. We did have to ask for extra rowels n washcloths and toilet paper. Cleaning never sis come to get trash or ask if we needed anything. Front desk staff were very friendly though and helpful. Kitchenette has no cookware or dinnerware. No table in room like picture so we had to use the ironing board as a table to play cards during rain time. View from balcony was fantastic!

Room was very basic, not enough seating for more than two people in the living room. Floors were dirty, used wash cloth in the shower. Beds had a sheet and another sheet for a blanket, had to buy a blanket so could sleep without being cold. Room overall felt grimy, ac unit above was leaking onto our balcony. I’ve stayed in several properties on the beach and this was by far the worst of them.

The gentleman that checked me in was sitting behind the desk with his feet propped up and I had to actually say something to get his attention. He just did not seem to want to help or get out of his seat. Check in was fairly easy after he got up. I had forgotten about the resort fee but after staying there I don’t see why it’s considered a “resort.” The elevator was a little hard to wheel the luggage cart into due to a large dip from the elevator flooring and the lobby flooring. The floors have open air walkways. Thankfully the weather was nice so this was welcome. My room was very bare. The bedroom is back behind the door and had a large flat screen TV. There was a small window above the beds. Very little walking space between the two beds (maybe like 1.5-2 feet). The shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. The towels appeared to be clean, no odor noticed. The living room space had two chairs and a pull out couch. The couch had multiple stains on it. There was no table anywhere in the room so that I could eat properly. I ended up having to pull one of the chairs over and use that as my table. The room fridge was very nice. I did not use the small stovetop that they had. There was no ice bucket to get ice. The floors were a bit slick, very similar to how restaurant floors are. The view was very nice though. The air conditioning worked well. The elevator did break and my handicapped mother had to walk up four flights of stairs which was very concerning.

Last minute trip…
First room that was given to us, we went into the bathroom and it was covered in water, so I requested that we be moved. Second room was ..okay., The shower knob was broken, it was literally setting on the bathroom counter along with the toilet paper holder. couch was filthy, no coffee tables or end tables, so no where to put drink or food. when we sat on balcony, water from floor above us was constantly dripping on us. And I woke up in the middle of the night to a giant puddle in the floor from the ac unit leaking.
