Gave me handicap room and the hotel phone didn’t work. Found out in middle of the night. Had to find hotel phone number, called and gave cell phone number for a wake up call otherwise would have missed my flight

Planes were loud but you're by the airport so that's to be expected. Told the front desk I needed a shuttle to the airport, told her the flight and time. Shuttle arrived and I wasn't on the list. They still took me but it was slightly upsetting.

Great hotel, bed too soft for my back
My family loved the hotel, but the bed was too soft for my back. I ended up sleeping in the chair. That was my only complaint. The rest of my family slept fine.

Satisfactory
Hotel met our needs. Hotel staff friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean and modern, room and bathroom were clean. We didn't have a car so limited access to see local area. Restaurant within walking distance (Merriman Grill), good food, good value, friendly staff. Highly recommend visiting the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village.

Next time we book here first!
They were very accommodating to our needs to change to their hotel from another . In town for a softball tournament our first hotel didn’t have a pool and we were not aware until we got there. A long weekend of softball with no pool would have been hard on the kids. They even let us check in early. Very pleased with the service and room was excellent!
