“David” at the front desk remembered me by name and exceeded my expectations by anticipating my needs before I asked. “Ty” did the exact same thing by making certain I had a seamless and effortless checkout with my baggage. Ty was personable and pleasant. It was obvious that he enjoyed his position as his service was exceptional as well. So refreshing to see people with this level of professionalism in the hospitality field

Unfortunately terrible
Showed up and they let us check in early which was great. We had 2 rooms and both were extremely hot and it didn’t matter what we did to lower the temp it wouldn’t work. We found blood stains on the comforter and sheets in one room and hair in the other room. The showers were terrible and felt like someone was spitting on you. The pool chlorine was so strong that it burnt our eyes and caused us to get headaches. Will not go back unless they change something.

Over charged fees
Unfortunately, the streaming service on the television didn’t work when I arrived so I had to have a technician come up twice. When I checked into the hotel, they charged me $100 incidental fee for a room that was pre-paid for on Hotels.com. Then I was charging an additional $78. No one at the front desk could explain to me why this happened and now I have to wait for a credit for $178 on my account. I’m not sure I will stay at the Westin again. I may opt for a Marriott.
