We're a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in the deluxe 3-bedrom Sea View Villa at Serendipity Cliffside Villa & Suites. It was exactly what we expected - clean, spacious and a real, authentic Santorini cave house experience.
PLUS, a view of the Caldera to absolutely die for! Deep blue water as far as the eye could see and a perfect, quiet spot to watch the sunset each day with a glass of wine. Some of the locals say the sunset is better in Imerovigli than in Oia because Imerovigli sits higher.
Location was good - close to nice restaurants like Anogi, Avocado and Mama Lena. Also walkable to the bus stop that takes you to Fira which is the central hub for coach transport across the island.
There isn't an onsite concierge but we were greeted by a friendly property manager named Cristina who told us everything we needed to know about the property. She was also contactable at anytime via WhatsApp and was super responsive with answers and recommendations.
Like most places in Santorini, there are quite a few steps to get up and down, but they offer a reasonably-priced porter service to assist with luggage. Daily housekeeping was great. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.
