浴室大，但沖涼位非常細，轉身嘅位置都唔夠，僅可以站立，而水温時非常熱或凍，冷氣我連住幾晚，但第晚就關左冷氣總制，要特意打去先開番，而沐浴液只第一晚提供，要每日問才給，環境都不錯，職員都不錯，房間大

Mediocre at best.

Unfriendly staff, unable to call front desk from room, poor air conditioning system, when you are not in the room with a key air is completely shut off and the room is so hot when you get in. It takes too long to cool down. The light in our hall was out and it was very dark in the hall. Where our room was. The pool was pretty but they closed it at 4pm! So when you come in from hot day, there is no ac and no pool use! Desk people always looked annoyed, not pleasant at all to speak with. We had dirty dishes outside of our room for days. We did have a nice view from the corner balcony and the breakfast was great. The men who served at breakfast were kind. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area.

Très mauvais

Cet hôtel est tout simplement à fuir. Aucun confort, chambre et salle d'eau vétustes, mal insonorisées. Escalier très important, pas de rampe pour les valises. Personne pour vous aider. Ne mérite vraiment pas les 4 étoiles. Ok nous payons pour la vue de la terrasse sur la baie de Sorrento. Très cher pour son standing. Personnels non à l'écoute. Aucun effort pour se mettre à notre écoute. 2 personnes de 76 ans, très déçues.

Lovely hotel

Lovely location, near some great restaurants particularly Cucina and La Locanda. Easily walking distance to Sorrento main square and the station. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for a view and it did not disappoint.

Good Stay!

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Location is great as it is a short walk into the center but also felt nice to be removed slightly from the chaos. Room was spacious and staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed spending multiple days by the pool. Only thing we did not enjoy was our room was right beside the elevator and stairs which we found the noise to impact our stay along with a decent amount of traffic noise being close to a busier road.

Dette har sikkert vært et suverent hotell i sin tid, og kunne med få grep vært så mye bedre og finere. For her er det sentralt, et lite svømmebasseng å avkjøle seg i og en takterrasse med solnedgang. Men dekoren er utdatert og møbelene og frokosten trenger en oppgradering. Men det er reint og greit og fin beliggenhet. Men relativt dyrt for hva du egentlig får.

This is our second time in Sorrento and we love the fact that it’s very close to corso Italia, walking distance to everything and very close to the port as well. The hotel was very nice and it had a pool …very convenient in the hot summer days.

Fantastic holiday break.

Lovely hotel, good location, helpful and very friendly staff especially the nice man on reception. Breakfast nice. Nice pool with drinks and lunches available. Fantastic views from the rooftop of Naples bay and Vesuvius. Highly recommended

A small and very friendly hotel. Very well situated for the main square, train station and ferry port. We did miss having tea and coffee making facilities in the room though- that would have been nice.The pool is very small but great to cool down after a busy day sightseeing. On our last day we didn’t have to leave until late afternoon so it was very handy that there was a bathroom with shower, toiletries and towels by the pool that we were able to make use of after an afternoon around the pool. We also had a delicious club sandwich 😊

Wonderful place very close to everything. Restaurant across from the hotel was amazing. We went three times. Staff were extremely helpful with reservations and dining suggestions. Although the pool was small, it was so nice to have, especially since we visited in summer. Sometimes it was difficult to find a lounge chair as people tend to save chairs. The roof top deck has a beautiful view and it was nice way to end the evening. Breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have some more vegan options - including milk alternatives. We had a rental car and parking in the underground lot was easy, but the charge was 30 euros per night. We ended up driving ourselves to Positano and the Amalfi Coast and it was magical. We also bought tickets to the ferry from Sorrento to Capri and it was easy to walk to from the hotel.

Had a room overlooking the pool and a partila view of the sea. Managed to get into the room early, which was a bonus. The bathroom facilities are in need of renovation and the shower leaked badly. The hoel is in a good location, and was only a seven minute walk from the train station.

Super cute hotel - we had a great room on the top floor with high ceilings. Patio/deck area was great and the beds were comfortable. We’ve been traveling for a month in Europe and have stayed at 9 hotels throughout our trip - honestly, this was the cleanest one we’ve been in! Breakfast was good & the area is in a very walkable neighborhood with close proximity to several good restaurants & shops. Cons - pool closes at 6pm, they charge $3 a person every time you come to the pool to use a towel. They have small tables at the front of the hotel but you can’t even sit there unless you buy food at the pool concession area which was really weird. Also - expect a LONG WAIT for the elevator. They only have 1 & it’s usually full of their cleaning staff so expect to skip 1-2 times every time you want to use it.
