Unfortunately our stay was ruined by the demeanour of the host at check in. Despite being club members and accumulating points at two other lovations, we were not able to add points at this location. That is not the issue, the issue was the poor attitude and lack of empathy of the host. We used a third party to book and were told this was the policy, however, this has never happened before. The lack of consistency and warm- heartedness of the host left a very bad taste in our mouths.

More of an IHG than a Marriot. Housekeeper kept trying to come in my room that morning. Tried to check out and the lady and the front desk was talking not nicely to someone on the phone for long enough that I just left. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Bathroom was dated.

Great place to stay
The Fairfield is newer and very clean
Breakfast was good and all the staf very friendly.
I requested a room close to the elevator as I had just had knee surgery and they were very accommodating

Good location. Great breakfasts.
The room was clean. The biggest complaint was the sofa bed was not good. Mattress was terrible. The other beds were good. The best thing about the place was the location. Walk to stores and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was very good also.
