Great Place to stay

We've stayed here for many years when traveling back and forth to UT. Always clean and friendly- great location with ample parking. Walking distance to plenty of good food (El Cap next door is awesome).

We were exhausted after traveling since 5 o’clock in the morning and arrived at around 9 PM. They said their computers were down but they have our key if we have a reservation. We made our reservations through Expedia, but they couldn’t find them. We’re now scrambling for a hotel room in a town where there is a baseball tournament and a convention going on at the same time. A half an hour later, they emailed me and said that they found the reservation I was put in a room and they had a family with kids above me who finally stopped jumping on the floor when I called the front desk at 10 PM but then they started back up again at 5:30 in the morning. Overall, a horrible experience.

This hotel is great. It is right off the interstate and has food and gas nearby. The property is great. The decor was up to date and done attractively. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was super friendly when I called to change our booking date and when we checked in and out. They only have 1 elevator. Our room was on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator so it was a little noisy. It's set back further than the rest of the rooms so I walked past it twice. It has easy access to a lot of amenities including shopping and restaurants. The beds were too soft for me. The shower head settings aren't the greatest...either you're being blasted or it came out lightly there's no in between.

Great place clean rooms and great service. The AC unit is to close to the bed and thermostat for from the unit to keep the room at a good temperature
