My reservation was lost. Then they told me I could book another room but it was going to be $40 more than the price I reserved it at. The lady at the front desk had no customer service skills at all. Will never attempt to to stay at hotel again.

Comfy room but ugly outside.

The outside of the hotel didn't look very attractive. The lawn and flower beds were over grown. The inside was much better. The lobby was clean and so was our room. The morning coffee was great! The young lady at the reception desk was friendly.

The breakfast center was not open, there was no hot water and the TV did not work. In the morning as I left there was no one at the front desk to tell me about breakfast (it was truly unmanned).

Not taken care of and Run Down

Hotel was not dirty but not clean. Everything was worn out and not in good condition. The outside was horrible. The building was covered with mold and the pool was infested with mold, frogs and other bugs. The room was not so dirty that you could not sleep but not nice and clean either. The whole place had a bad smell. I would pass on this hotel.

Don't go there!

This was the worst place we have tried to stay at! There were no cars should have been our first clue something was not right! We checked in and went to our room on the second floor. The door was ajar & wouldn't shut without lifting up on it. The room was nice but when we tried to take a shower, there was no hot water! I went to the front desk & was told the maintenance man would be called. 15 minutes & nobody showed up. We left and found a different room! The pool was also not full of water & had green on top of it.

My first night the male staff accused my child of playing with the broken exit sign on the ground. He told my child you don't belong here. My child was respectful to the staff. I told the staff the sign was in the middle of walk way and my child eas moving it out of the path. He keep goning off on me. Not good staffing personal. Roaches in room.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My family and I came, and the room was so filthy and dirty. The young lady did switch our room. But it was just nasty. When I went to check out, I had to leave note as there was no front desk staff to assist me with me. I would never visit this hotel in this City again.
