All of the staff from our restaurant/pool attendant Sam, to check in staff like Deanna and Christina, Kai, and our valet Jared made us feel so welcomed and taken care of during our entire stay. We love, loved our stay at Colony Palms. First of all the hotel itself is absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained and really perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature, It was beautiful and peaceful. The Jacuzzi was gorgeous. The restaurant was also just gorgeous !! I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was! I could go on about how beautiful the hotel is, but it’s truly the staff that makes this place a complete gem! From the moment you’re greeted in front until the moment you leave from your stay, everybody is so caring and wonderful and just wants to make your time there perfect! And it was it was absolutely perfect! We will definitely be returning
