Brilliant location with tram and metro a few minutes walk away and old town square about 8 mins away at a stroll. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms was a decent size and had everything we needed, including a mini fridge which was a real bonus. Air-con was a real plus as it was hot when we were there. Can get noisy if in a street-facing room because of nearby bars and restaurants but not a problem with the window closed. Breakfast was ample with decent choice.

They changed my hotel. When I arrived, I was told they were full although my reservation was confirmed. I missed activities because of this because I was supposed to be picked up at that hotel. I also missed the shared shuttle getting back to the airport for my flight home because I was supposed to be picked up at that hotel. I also had to call and make sure that my missing baggage got delivered to the right hotel once it arrived from Amsterdam 2 days later. The hotel they changed me to was very nice.

The location is excellent, walkable to all places which a tourist should visit. Breakfast was perfect, with a variety of delicious foods! The air condition worked like a fan! From midnight till 4 am there was a lot of noise and yelling, otherwise every thing was amazing. Definitely recommend it to my friends.👌

A perfect location on a side street in the centre. I wouldn’t call it a 4-star-hotel, but a solid 3-star though. A good side room and the AC worked. The breakfast was average, with typical awful automat coffee. Good for your money, I can recommend.

Mycket bra läge med gångavstånd till det mesta och bra frukostbuffé. Städningen var slarvigt gjord (det var tex kvarlämnat en halvdrucken vattenflaska och ett piercingsmycke från tidigare besökare) men det var rent som man förväntar sig i övrigt, tex i badrum och säng. Ganska lyhört då man hörde fester på nätterna (oklart om det var andra hotellgäster eller något annat) så rekommenderar öronproppar.

Blev mødt af meget venlig og effektiv indcheckning, og gennemgående mødte vi kun meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Værelserne var rene med god seng og behageligt sengetøj. Et værelse havde badekar et andet “bare” bruser. morgenmad buffet havde nok af diverse muligheder for at blive godt mæt inden dagens sightseeing. Beliggenhed er god til at gå rundt til seværdigheder samt togstation.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet nicht überragend aber in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Strasse und eines Richtung Innenhof. Im Zimmer Richtung Strasse war es unmöglich zu schlafen, da die Bars unterhalb der Fenster bis um 02:00 Uhr laute Musik spielen und die Gäste draussen Party machen. Das Hotel kann ich deshalb nur für das Zimmer gegen Innenhof empfehlen. Dieses war schön ruhig.

Walkable to all tourists spots. Restaurants and pubs are everywhere. Hotel condition is good and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Given the position of the hotel, it could be a bite noicy at times.
