Horrible customer service

Front desk was terrible and rude, gave me a room without a phone in it and the tv had no signal. When I told her that the tv was not working she told me she had to put in a work order for it but didn’t tell me anything else, after about 2 hours of nobody coming to check on the tv I had to go down to the front desk and ask her about it, she told me that she didn’t know when somebody would look at it and acted like she didn’t care.She offered me a handicap room with 2 queen beds but I payed for a room with a King size bed plus It was me and my wife anniversary and we had to sleep in 2 different beds.

Toilet didn’t flush well. Front desk personnel were not around for check in for a while. Had one roach in the room. Pillows are kind of small. Nothing bothered me too much, but my family was not happy.

I got pictures! Run

First off the management clearly isn't doing there job as the room we were put in wasn't checked for cleanliness or safety there was a stain in the middle of the floor that looked liked someone took a dump. The wall socket cover was missing in the hall directly infront of our room 217 there was a huge stain on the carpet that had turned this sticky kind of black! The furniture in the room had scratches all over it the dresser drawers were pulled out. In the lobby were boxes of leaking cleaner fluids red in color! Only good thing about this was the ladies gave us our money back.

A great place to stay

The Comfort in was amazing it was very clean and spacious. The location was also good there eateries all along 23rd street to choose from not to mention Fatboy's restaurant in just across the yard. Also the mall is up the street would definitely stay there again.

Very good stay..only minor issues!

The hotel was very clean except carpet behind nightstand in room. Breakfast was edible. Just a few issues with juice machine and waffle maker. Latter attributed to electrical issues. Front desk staff with short reddish blond Afro was rude but all others were very polite and welcoming. Close proximity to everything one might desire for shopping and eating plus short drive to the beach without being on the major roadway. Quiet despite multiple groups of teenagers being on same floor. Would definitely recommend!!

We liked the location as it was only a couple of blocks away from the hospital where we had a family situation. However the hotel itself was much less than expected. There was ant infestation in the rooms, holes in walls, stains in carpet throughout both in rooms and hallways, towels in the bathroom with holes, single elevator with ripped tiles, not a good environment of guests. In general we would definitely not recommend this property.
