Very nice hotel, especially for the price. The only thing that we didn't like was the location, it's located on an outer road that is difficult to get to.

Customer service was amazing. Ty was great at the front. The air conditioning was humid in the room and i couldn’t adjust it thats my only issue. Otherwise great stay!

The carpet was disgusting. So sticky we all kept our shoes on and our child was not allowed off the bed. Fake eyelash was found on the floor of the bathroom.

There was loud freeway noise the whole night. The bed was soft and lumpy. Room was clean I even had ear plugs! Nice breakfast and eating area

I will say that you have a clean hotel but I had a lot of issues.
I joined Hilton honors after I booked the stay thru hotels.com. I travel a lot for business and my workers travel, too. So I always use hotels.com.
I tried your honors program because it talked about checking in online and using my phone as a key for the room.
I was never able to use either one of those options. It did not work. I also tried to check in at 3pm because that’s what hotels.com said check in was. It was not. It is 4pm check in.
Also I was locked out briefly trying to use my room key to enter the front door at 1:30am. Something wrong with key pad
BUT THE WORST WAS THE FIRE ALARM TESTING AT 9am. We had to leave the rooms for this. No sleeping in on our anniversary.

Part of a weave in the toilet. Loud noise that lasted throughout nite, on the top floor. Whole building shaking both days around 10:30 am for like an hour

Ten or fifteen years ago I often stayed at Hampton Inns, knowing that the rooms would be modern with plush beds and they always were. This is the first time since then that I visited a Hampton Inn and it has officially become the last. The room seemed straight out of the 70's regarding technology to support modern travelers. Only 1 USB and 1 Type C outlets in the whole room. I needed 3 USB's to charge 2 phones and 1 Bluetooth but had to wait until morning to use my vehicle.
The beds were not comfortable at all. They were hard and we did not sleep well. They were low to the floor and from appearance alone, were not the plush mattresses I remembered.
The coffee pot was in the bathroom as there was no other good location for it, won't use that, and the tiny refrigerator did not cool.
Left the next morning feeling tired. Like I said, last time for Hampton Inn.

I HAVE REQUESTED A FIRST FLOOR ROOM NUMEROUS TIMES. AND AM ALWAYS TOLD THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY. WHEN I CHECKED IN THERE WERE ONLY 13 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. REALLY PLEASE GO TELL THAT LIE TO SOMEONE ELSE.
