Good location and Clean hostel

The hostel is near Paddington (Bakerloo/District line) and Lancaster Gate (Central line) station. 20-30 mins to fo Oxford Street. The room and toilet are very clean. Staff are willing to help.

I needed to abort the say 3 days erlier due to the hotel did not take any actions on complaints. No hot water, cleaning was poor I recomend NOT to use this hotel No flexibility from front desk

You get what you pay for.

No hot water in the bathroom. Not the sink, or the shower. Despite letting it run for an extended period as advised. The bathroom was also filled with mold. This is a discount, low priced hotel so I don't expect too much. But I just want other people to know what to expect.

Worst bed ever

I have traveled a lot for over 20 years. This was the worst bed ever. You could feel the coil spring mattress killing your back and side. It also squeaked with every move. The shower temperature control spins around without changing the temperature.

UNDGÅ DETTE STED! Alt hvad der står beskrevet om stedet passer ikke, bortset fra beliggenheden. Gamle, slidte små, snuskede værelser, der ikke er blevet renoveret i årtier. Små elendige senge. Ingen ansatte på hotellet efter kl 22. Ja vi så faktisk ikke nogen i receptionen mens vi var der. Vi ville ellers gerne have spurgt ham, hvorfor den varme hane var skruet af både på håndvasken, og på bruseren! Der var KUN KOLDT VAND at vaske sig i! Det burde fjernes fra alle internetsider. FØJ!

Sämsta hotellet!

Väldigt dåligt hotell. Ingen i receptionen, inget varmvatten under vistelsen, ingen information, mögel i duschen, ingen toalettborste, knappt att man kan kalla det ett handfat, bara ett uttag i rummet. JÄTTEDÅLIGT!

Muito atenciosos. Esforçados em comunicar conosco. Limpeza diária. Excelente localização. Íamos a pé a maioria dos pontos turísticos. Atendeu a contento à nossa necessidade. Não espere o mesmo padrão de hospedagem para a mesma faixa de preço no Brasil pois ficará frustrado. Para padrão europa custo benefício atende bem a necessidade.

Personnel inexistant. Heureusement que le jour de notre arrivée nous avons croisé la femme de chambre pour nous ouvrir… d’où les 2 étoiles. Nous avons jamais croisé le réceptionniste. Insalubrité, des couvertures sales, du mobilier vétuste, ni serviette ni savon. Rien de rien. Je ne suis jamais tombé sur un hôtel aussi médiocre… Comment peut-on le proposer à la réservation…
