I picked hotel due to pervious years experience and daily room cleaning services compared with another group hotel down on same street for 8 nights. However the cleaning services was given me a big headache everyday.
1) Fresh food was left over from previous guest and bugs were found on kitchen table
2) No refill shower gel
3) Bedsheet was not handle properly, I was sleeping on the bed mattress directly, my legs caused skin allergy badly. I need to see doctor when I return home
4) Tea bags not refill even with front desk reminder.
All those have feedback to front desk and they have tried their best to communicate with cleaning team but new problem still happen almost everyday.
Apart from the cleaning, front desk staffs were very supportive ,hotel location is fantastic, special thanks to hotel manager Connie who has given me a lot of inspiration of Sydney and tired to solve the cleaning issue.
