The location was excellent, the accommodation was very comfortable, and the service was both prompt and efficient. My only concern is that I strongly prefer proper duvet covers—having a polyester duvet placed between two sheets did not feel particularly nice. Other than that, everything was great.

Mother in laws visit.
An amazing room. Easy location to get with less than a 15 minute walk from the train terminal. Our only concern was not being able to set the air conditioning when we first got there.the room was very warm when we walked in. But other than that the location was within minutes of Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and restaurants.

Black mold in the bathrooms. Moldy smells permeating the whole apartment. When we noted the smells and asked staff to clean the bathrooms, they falsely claimed that housekeeping did.
